Mao San Wang Durian CC is not as sweet as one would imagine due to the lowered sugar content in the meringue so its sweetness is derived predominantly from the natural fruit. This CC attributes its smooth and creamy texture to the richness of the durian pulp.

Storage Instructions:

Our Cotton Chiffon cakes are baked fresh on the day of delivery. Owing to the high moisture content of the MSW Durian CC, it should be refrigerated if not consumed on the first day. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.

Complimentary delivery is available for orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement. Deliveries are made daily between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and specific time requests cannot be accommodated. For time-sensitive orders, self-collection is recommended.
