Gluten Free Option: Please note that Cotton Chiffon Bakery bakes in an environment where gluten is present and therefore, cakes may contain minute traces of gluten. It is not suitable for gluten allergic customers but is ideal for managing gluten sensitivity. Gluten free cakes are not as "chewy" compared to usual wheat flour cakes due to the lack of gluten.

No Sugar Option: Regular sugar is replaced with diabetic friendly Monkfruit Sweetener in the whipping of egg meringue. Still flavorful but results in a weaker structured cake that is softer and more delicate. Due to the higher probability for tears when unmoulding this version of  Cotton Chiffon, we do not recommend them to be used as birthday/celebration cakes.
