Diet Friendly Alternatives (Optional):

• Gluten-Free Option: Please be aware that Cotton Chiffon Bakery operates in an environment where gluten is present. As a result, our cakes may contain minute traces of gluten. While not suitable for customers with gluten allergies, they are ideal for managing gluten sensitivity. Gluten-free cakes are less “chewy” compared to traditional wheat flour cakes due to the absence of gluten.

• No Sugar Option: Instead of regular sugar, we use diabetic-friendly Monkfruit Sweetener in the egg meringue. The resulting cake is still flavorful but has a softer and more delicate structure. Keep in mind that this version of Cotton Chiffon may tear more easily when unmolding, so we do not recommend it for use as a birthday or celebration cake.

• Dairy and Lactose-Free Option: For those who prefer dairy-free options or are sensitive to lactose, we replace dairy with Organic Coconut oil and coconut milk in our cakes.​​​​​​​

Storage Instructions:

Our Cotton Chiffon cakes are freshly baked on the delivery day. They can be kept at room temperature, in their original box, for up to two days, ensuring they are safe from pests. Subsequently, they may be refrigerated for up to three additional days. Alternatively, they can be refrigerated immediately and stored for a total of five days.

Important Notice on Delivery:

Complimentary delivery is available for orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement. Deliveries are made daily between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and specific time requests cannot be accommodated. For time-sensitive orders, self-collection is recommended.

Please verify that the delivery address and contact numbers provided are correct. Inaccuracies may lead to delivery issues at your expense. The order is considered complete if a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details provided.
